The surface of the solar frame generally needs to be sandblasted, because there will be some extrusion lines on the surface of the directly extruded material, which will not be visible after sandblasting, and the surface will have a matte effect.
If extrusion lines can still be seen after sandblasting, it is unqualified. Also check whether the sprayed sand is fine and even. Then check whether there are any defects on the surface, such as scratches, burrs, shrinkage, slag inclusions, black lines, white lines, etc. Generally, the samples provided by suppliers are carefully selected, and such defects generally do not exist. Surface C is a secondary decorative surface. There should be no more than 3 scratches per piece of material and no more than 1 scratch per meter. Slight welding lines are allowed, and the alkali corrosion test does not exceed the limit sample.
The inner C surface is a non-decorative surface. There should be no more than 5 scratches per piece of material and no more than 2 scratches per meter. A slight skinny feel is allowed on the outer surface of the middle ribs and screw holes. Bending and twisting are controlled in accordance with GB5237.1-2008 ultra-high precision standards. The solar frame must be inspected by the platform during random inspections and strictly controlled. The angle is 90±0.4; the hardness sampling must be above 12HW; the average oxide film thickness is 15μ. Some manufacturers have stricter standards.
